  2. I have been thinking that the impeachment talk was just another way to hammer President Trump to make his re-election more difficult; but if they actually go forward with it, it means to me that they (the forces of evil) already know that they cannot win.

    My guess is that they will not go forward with this but they really, really, really do not like having an outsider in the Oval Office.

I’m thinking of Lincoln’s assassination, just when he must’ve thought he could finally relax, take in a play…he had saved the Union, surely the rest was just moppin’ up….I can’t be so sure, ST, that this shot, wild as it seems, won’t hit its mark. The Dems couldn’t do it alone, but the GOP has never had Trump’s back. What if more GOP Senators rally under RINO Romney? The GOP was just as appalled as the Dems that Trump won, an outsider as you say. It must never happen again. I feel Just sick about this. God Save The Don!

    1. I hope that GOP Senators remember the Tea Party (no thanks to Lois Lerner) and fear getting primaried enough to not jump ship. It seems to me that this impeachment talk may be like the dog that chased the car until the day he finally caught one. In other words, this thing looks worse (at this moment) for Biden and the 4th estate than it does for President Trump.

Wow, watching this video I can’t think of any politician of whom you could show a clip from 30 years ago, and have the positions and pronouncements be so perfectly and transparently consistent with what the person says today. We elected a truth teller, a determined winner. He is ours! But the career bureaucrats and politicians are determined to rip him away from us, and to display his head on a pike in the Capitol. I’m reeeeely scared they’ll succeed; they are many and he is one, alone.
    Thanks for posting this ET. When the revisionist history of this period comes to be re-written, it will be the stuff of legend.

    1. H, impeached by the House *doesn’t* guarantee conviction by the Senate: Corragio! As well, don’t discount the reality ofpeople getting peeved about other priorities left undone….Turn off the news for a bit, and don’t forget to breathe.

    2. It is scary and quite telling, is it not, that the establishment Republicans have yet to coalesce around the Trump administration. Meanwhile the enemies of our Constitution and the NeverTrumpers formed a powerful law bending & breaking coalition against him before he was even inaugurated. Try to wrap your head around that one!

      1. I find it quite amazing that our Ruling Class – on both sides of the aisle – thinks “governing” is a career. Term limits for everyone…I used to believe in ‘institutional memory’, now, even that needs “memory care”.
