Well, I spent 50 dollars on candy and have had only one group of Trick or Treaters so far. But it was a big group of about 10 kids, so a big chunk of the candy went to them. This is my first year in this neighborhood, so I wanted to be well prepared just in case, but sadly, rick or treating doesn’t seem to be a huge thing in this neighborhood. Oh, well 😦

I don’t think it’s a big thing anywhere. ,for one thing there’s nothing you can dress up as. Parents are paranoid about their kids walking around in the dark. Homeowners are paranoid about masked people knocking on their doors. Halloween has been ruined. The fanatic Christians started this with their crap about demon possession, then the Wokies finished it off. But Happy Halloween, Dear Judy!

Happy Halloween to you as well, Hypatia 🙂 Halloween was Huge in my old neighborhood in Mass-kids everywhere. But in my parents’ neighborhood, there was nothing, because everyone was retired.
I think I will look for a soup kitchen or something to donate all this candy to. Lol 🙂
