Apparently, a very large percentage of Christians are planning to sit this election out.
It is stuff like this-Christians (!) sitting out this election-that cause me to be tempted to shy away from Church. Thankfully, not all Christians are like that. This is a short video of a righteous pastor speaking on the importance of voting.

Yes, and why? It’s because of the abortion issue, and I am furious that I stand to lose all my rights to freedom of speech, to bear arms, etc., because some women are too effing stupid to either keep their pants up or figure out birth control. They won’t vote for Trump because he said he wouldn’t endorse a national abortion ban(which the fed govt has no power to do anyway). Great— so they’d rather let the Dems win, which will result in abortion being legal up to the point of infanticide, AND will result in our losing every other right. It’s just unbelievable.

St. Paul is always talking about prayer for leaders – and obedience to legitimate authority – even Jesus and Peter paid the Temple tax: oh, yeah, didn’t He say something about “render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s”? Just sayin’
