Colors :)

About 4 or 5 weeks ago, my eyesight started going crazy. I have had perfect vision all my life, but suddenly things were going blurry. I was sensitive to light, and worst of all, everything seemed faded. Colors were just not looking the way they are supposed to to-everything looked like a faded story book.

For the first week or so this was happening, I just hoped that it would go away on its own. When it didn’t go away on its own, I went to an optometrist. To my everlasting relief, he said that there were no serious problems-it was just a severe case of dry eye. So, I have been doing eye drops 4 times a day for about 3 weeks now, with limited results, until tonight. Suddenly, all the colors that have been faded have become vibrant again, Thank you Lord!

According to the internet, it can take a couple of months for the eye drops to resolve dry eye. There has definitely been some improvement, but not as much as i would like, but the return of vibrant colors to my world gives me great hope. I was also prescribed some eyeglasses. I am hoping that the glasses will ultimately prove unnecessary, but whatever happens, I am so grateful to see colors again!
