I must admit to plagiarizing my favorite conservative author- Thomas Sowell- with this title.
My “random thought” for the day is an appreciation for a site that is interesting, international and outrageous (at times) but never judgmental or ego-maniacal.
It’s really fun to post here. I can relax and enjoy myself. I am interested in the topics but mostly I have a grand time yanking the good-hearted Simon’s chain. :))

Settled, and enjoying the view out my window: Snow from newly-cleared state route that runs past my house, banked up and lit by municipal Christmas decorations on nearby utility poles: my outdoor lights – rather festive.
