    1. Sorry. I took a magnificent photo last night from the 8th green looking up the fairway on #9 to the clubhouse.
      I will try to repost. If/ when I can get those photos up. Check out the sun’s reflection on the water hazard. Actually Candi with an I drew my attention to it and I quickly snatched my cellphone and took this snapshot. A second or two later and it was gone.

  3. I met a Viet Nam era US Marine a while back who owns a home on the golf course. He had invited me to pop in on him anytime for a beer. I did last night but he was out of beer – the bastard! – so we drank Johnnie Walker Red instead.

    Turns out he was a canon-cocker at Khe Sahn. Oh My Very Goshness! …and I thought I had a few good stories!!!

  4. Just finished watching the film “Bravo! Common Men, Uncommon Valor”, about Khe Sanh. I’m starting to breathe again: OMVVG….The strength and love that is camaraderie!
