The Don’s Speech at 3:30 EST Time

Not happy with presentation, the lack of inspiration and his usually strong emphasis upon specific actions that need to be taken. He looks tired and for the first time, at a loss for words. My husband claimed “What do you expect? We’ve never had a president since Lincoln under such pressure” and he is, of course, correct.

Call me naive but I’ve always regarded my president as Superman and I can’t let that image go.

I want my Donald back!

  1. I also want to nuke the entire House of Representatives for distracting our Commander in Chief from important issues. I am one angry sTRUMPet right now.

Pls, somebody respond and tell me it’s going to be okay! I worked so hard on the market today dodging and weaving and managed to regain 8% of my portfolio’s net worth.

Now this speech-which was less than his best- but I place zero blame on him. One man can only take so many blows and DJT has taken more than his fair share.

  2. Liz, DJT may’ve been exposed to the Flu Manchu recently at the weekend White House, while with the Brazilian delegation….Just sayin’; cut him some slack.

  3. Nanda, I cut him slack for having to deal with Pelosi and Schumer! I’d rather get the virus than deal with those two and I am not joking.

They are evil incarnate because they’re attempting to take down this country just to win an election.

    1. I can’t answer this because I had to walk away and monitor my g-damn market screen. At first, I was annoyed that the Don spoke during market hours but I now get it. Certain stocks in my portfolio went up an additional 13% between 3-4 EST.

He’s genius. Hugs and kisses, Don. He gave us a good weekend at the very least. 🙂

  4. Do we think the First Lady is squarely in his corner? Sometimes her body language towards him looks ‘awkward’ at best. With the constant assaults from the House and MSM and without his wife’s full support, even ‘Superman’ could feel a bit beatdown.

    XOXO,

      1. She is my hero for going hijab-less in Saudi Arabia. Good on her and The Don, although I do not expect our President had much say in the matter.

I always wonder why western female reporters from the rooftop of their 5-star hotels wear the hijab. Surely there are no authorities standing by to arrest them so why do it? I think they just think it makes them look, how do you say, mysterious.
