I have no idea what is in it which means I get to eat it without remorse. Each layer seems to have its very own distinct texture and flavor. If I had the patience, I would eat it one layer at a time. The pink and dark green layers are almost like a jell. The pink sauce is cherry. The labor alone to create this masterpiece would surely make it cost-prohibitive in the US.
