It has been raining off and on here all day, and at one point we had a sun shower. I tried to capture it. This picture looks nothing like it looked in real life, but I think it’s cool in a different way 🙂

We had sun, then clouds, then hail! A few minutes later it was sunny. Oh, and a thunderstorm earlier in the day. So many things in one short amount of time.

Thank you Judy. Yes the hail only last about three minutes and they were probably the size of green peas, a few bigger.

When I was 8 or 9 years old, my poor mother got stuck in a hailstorm with 2 kids in the car: the hail was the size of golf balls, and it was coming down really hard, and it lasted for ten or fifteen minutes. It felt like armageddon 🙂
