  1. I noticed and may I add that day trading is not always a bad thing. I sold my Zoom stock at the end of the day (as always) on Friday making a decent profit at 500. This morning it has already dropped 80 points due to this announcement. Am sorry to lose my cash cow but at least I took advantage of the opportunity when it was available and did not look at it as a long term investment.

    I admit I was terrified about the market’s reaction today to the election and I want to thank Pfizer for its uncanny timing. I own some stock here so I am doubly happy. I also called a friend who is a Marketing Manager there to congratulate her. The stories she has revealed about the obstacles the govt puts in their way bringing new drugs to market is astonishing- 12 yrs and $500 million- makes the speed with which this new vaccine was developed a true miracle.

    None of us should ever bash Big Pharma again especially the biggest and the best in the world. Thankful I don’t live in Canada where there isn’t the financial capital or ingenuity to develop anything but the distribution of generic drugs that WE invented.

      1. You’re right about the timing.

        My friend is the only Republican in management there and has to keep her mouth shut and commented that any success would not be announced with the election on the line.

        God forbid Trump gets another win on his watch!
