The singer has a great voice, but her demeanor in this video is almost shy: it’s as if someone is holding her at gunpoint and forcing her to sing. If you were just to go by body language, it seems as if she really isn’t that into it.

I find her presentation refreshing, though, considering that most contemporary female singers dress and strut about as though they are strippers. I have nothing whatsoever against strippers, but I don’t understand when it became a rule that you have to act like a stripper in order to be a professional singer 🙂
