On another OP, we pretty much had nothing good to say about cosmetic surgery. I think breast reduction is a good thing for some ladies. I would like to ask D’Ettes and any other ladies who would like to opine whether or not breast enlargement may be good for the psychological well-being of some ladies?
I am not talking about ladies who have suffered from breast cancer or some terrible accident. Would you ever recommend a boob job for extremely flat chested girls?

Seems to be more sensitive of an issue than I had thought it would be. Funny though because it has gotten a ton of ‘views’ so that tells me a lot of people are interested in the subject but unwilling to discuss it. People never cease to both amaze and baffle me.

I just can’t work up much emo about it. I’ve always been big in front. Anyway I’m surgery-phobic, I can’t imagine getting some foreign body implanted in my chest. Nor can I imagine how it could be good for anybody. ST do the fake boobs feel the same to you? I’d say the more slightly built girls might be glad of their relatively small breasts when they get pregnant and breastfeed. Everybody”s boobs get big then!
