Greetings. ST, ‘Ettes, ‘Sieurs, and All!
Here’s an ecumenical homage to Leonard Cohen’s iconic anthem, “Hallelujah”, in honor of the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Christ…It seemed to fit this Easter a bit better than Handel’s Chorus – my usual Paschal favorite. (Alternate lyrics by Kelley Mooney; sung by Cassandra Star and Callahan Armstrong.) Peace be in and among us, a Blessed Easter from me to all the Unleashed! ~”Chaps” D’Nanda
Regardless of my beliefs in his divinity, history records that JC was a brave man who wasn’t afraid to die for his beliefs. For that he deserves all of our respect.
This was a lovely song, Nanda. Thank you for posting.

Most welcome, Liz! Here’s a link to Cohen’s original – live in London. He’s intrigued me since summer camp talent shows, by the counselors, in the late Sixties. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttEMYvpoR-k
