Had the DoD followed my admonition…

…to take back Bagram before conducting the Kabhul NEO August 2021, there is a good chance some or all of our 12 KIA and 18 WIA (I hope none of those WIAs became KIAs) would be alive now.

Change my military mind.

    1. Got to love all the womanly feminists who are shouting at the top of their lungs that just because they don’t know shit about being in the military, will not be told by a man how he might best defend our nation on behalf of its citizens and our shared Constitution.

“Party over. You go home now.”

      1. Well, most men voted for DJT. That gives me hope.

I was out today in far western rural Massachusetts, and a truck drove by with a Trump flag flying in back 🙂

    2. Me, too, JaC. “Bugging out” of Bagram just when it would’ve been most useful to us in conducting the NEO was unforgivably *stupid*. We never listen/tell the unvarnished/truth/learn. (Now that we know about Afghan President Ghani’s call to Biden re: conditions on the ground, I’m angrier and more disgusted than ever.)

      1. The dems are failing on purpose. This isn’t stupidity, it is treason. There is no way that they can be as stupid as they are as often as they are, and it be an accident. They are purposely trying to destroy America.

      2. No disagreement here, JaC; but, I was thinking more of the Department of Defense and State Department “brass”: Austin, Milley, Blinken, and Biden, among others who had access to intelligence community assessments and Pres. Ghani’s call w/Biden – at least 2 months prior – and still “spun” the heck out of how successful (well-trained, well-equipped) the Afghan National Army would be; and how ‘agreement for safe conduct’ had been negotiated with the Taliban. Those at the top have blood on their hands: God help them, they’re gonna need it.

      3. Special Forces community has a lot to answer for as well. Why have they had no LTC preaching truth to power?

That NEO must have been enough to make a grown man cry!

      1. Thank you 🙂 One thing has occurred to me lately: I think that women voting and chivalry may be diametrically opposed to each other. I probably isn’t a coincidence that the women who are most vehement about the supposed need for women to vote are also vehemently against chivalry. Most women want chivalry, and they also want to vote, but I wonder if these women are trying to have it both ways. It seems to me that if women are going to accept male protection, we should also accept male authority. Otherwise, we are treating men like unpaid bodyguards. That isn’t right, and a lot of men will refuse to accept the role of an unpaid bodyguard. Who can blame them?

Obviously, accepting male authority can be taken too far: I encountered one guy on the internet who claimed to be promoting chivalry. He believed that women should blindly obey all men, including random strangers they encountered on the street. He really, seriously believed that if you are a woman, and you are walking down the street, and a man you don’t know tells you to get in his car, then you must obey him, because he is a man. I don’t know if that guy was joking or just crazy: Obviously, women can’t always obey all men, but in a very general sense, if most women want chivalry, we are a lot more likely to get it if we stop voting and let American men run the world.

American men are not the Taliban. Many American men are lost and confused, but underneath it all, they are good and decent people. They can be trusted, and they should be trusted.

      2. By “stop voting” I mean, don’t stop voting until most Americans agree that women shouldn’t be voting. If you are a female DJT supporter, keep voting! Don’t stop!

But really, this whole idea of women voting is highly dubious. I actually resent it. Believe it or not, I am really not all that interested in politics, and would far rather leave the running of the world to men, but as long as feminazis keep voting, I can’t do that.

      3. LOL 🙂 I always voted exactly the way my Dad told me to. I never paid attention to local elections, but my Dad always did, and he would prepare slips of paper with the names of the candidates he supported and he would give those slips of paper to my Mom and me, so that we would know whom to vote for. We would take those slips of paper into the voting booth with us, and we would just check the boxes my Dad told us to check. LOL 🙂

  1. You gots to love the name, “Khaan Quest,” we came up for the name of the annual exercise. I helped UXO the Five Hills Training area due to the fact Soviets were not known for their focus on ‘troop welfare.’

      1. FID = Foreign Internal Defense

        TSC = Theater Security Cooperation

Use in a sentence: Every member of L1 became both FID and TSC geniuses during the summer of 2021.

  2. I hear the rest of the world is waking up to the types of so-called refugees we air lifted into our country to support until the second coming of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
