Thank Goodness for Rednecks!

Any of you watch Tucker Carlson’s analysis last night about the Haitian disaster occurring beneath the Del Rio bridge in south Texas? Biden has already started mass transportation of these illegal immigrants throughout the country and a third of them are headed for Florida- Miami, Tampa, and Orlando.

I live 30 minutes from Jacksonville which is the third largest city in Florida and should be a target destination point as well. However, this part of Florida is truly “South Georgia” – pick-up trucks and plenty of concealed weapons permits. I live 3 miles from a NRA firing range and as anyone in the military can confirm, the sound of bullets carries for miles and miles and I admit to being annoyed by this at 8 a.m. in the morning.

Not no more. My husband and I drove over to the range this morning and contributed money to the cause.

  1. We in Florida are sick of having more people trucked into a state that has more people in it that is environmentally sane. We are being overrun by people fleeing the “blue” states and now we will be overrun by people who have no stake in our country or our constitution.

    1. My concern exactly which is why I moved from fashionable Naples (overwhelmed by NE libs with bucks to burn who managed to destroy their original home states) to No Florida where life is sane. How sustainable my new neighborhood will be remains to be seen.

      1. Where else can we run? All I can say, is I am begging Governor DeSantis to stay put and not run for president.

We need him now more than ever.

      2. “The commissioners want to turn it into Palm Beach”—it’s like that here in the Poconos, too. Growth! Growth! If they wanted that, why did they come here? We the natives, the true Plateaunians, do NOT want it. Keep out! Go away!

      3. It is the same in Western Mass. They keep trying to shove high speed rail to Boston down our throats. Right now, it takes an hour and a half to drive to Boston, assuming there is no traffic. They want a train that can get there in half an hour, meaning, they want to turn Western Mass into another suburb of Boston. No one here that I know of wants that, but they won’t shut up about it.

  2. P.S. I doubt R DeS would allow his state to be overrun like Abbott has done in Texas. Texas has access to 19,000 National Guards but hasn’t utilized them. What is that about?

Also noticed Allen West is challenging Abbott in the primaries for the gubernatorial race. Fingers crossed!

  3. I’d love to give you a class on live fire shooting on that range sometime. I did that for L1’s iWe and Sons. It was a blast.

Maybe you can ask him if you need a second opinion concerning my abilities as a small arms shooting instructor?

      1. Yes, but they can acquire their slave class from so many places. They didn’t need to bring in totally unvetted people from Afghanistan. Unless they just want to burn it all down, in which case what they did makes sense.

    1. Yep. But don’t forget about California where they’re attempting to eliminate suburbs by prohibiting new construction of single family homes.

      I’m afraid… very afraid.

  4. Here’s the thing, Chingiss: I don’t want to own a gun and I don’t want to move. If I compromise my personal preferences, then they win.

I want the American voters to wield their power and vote all of these Marxists out of office so we can regain our right to make personal choices.

And this shouldn’t sound like an impossibility.

The only way to stop this is to buy (as long as it is legal to own private land in this country) as much property as possible. We bought 3 acres: one for the house, one for the backyard and one on our left side. The right side is an “environmentally restricted” preserve so that saved me some money even though deer roam freely around my property looking for snacks. 🙂

I don’t live on an estate, but I have plenty of privacy and quiet (NRA and all!) so I’m happy.

One must be financially creative these days to carve out one’s Shangri-La.

  6. About my article: it was just accepted for publication in the Pa Lawyer magazine. Won’t appear for a few months.
Specifically, it’s about whether planned communities , (meaning governed by an HOA, deed restricted to single family residential use only and with minimum lot size, etc) can preserve pockets of single family dwelling areas even when zoning regulations prohibit them. Biden ran on the promise to eliminate single family zoning. If the suburbs elected him, as we hear, they must have a death wish.
I wouldn’t want it published here before it comes out in the magazine, but if anyone wants to read it I’ll be more than happy to email it to you!

I am so sickened by this Joseph Stalin inspired initiative, I would like to receive your e-mail. Thanks!
