Vitamin D

My doctor has been telling me to take Vitamin D supplements forever. I have even written about this before-I started kind of taking them, and forgot about it, but this time I am serious, Lol. I had a phone appointment with my doctor a little over a week ago, and he advised me for the hundredth time to take Vitamin D. I have taken Vitamin D every day since then, and I feel like I have a new lease on life.

This may be a placebo affect, but I don’t think so. It didn’t immediately cause me to feel better. At first, it actually had the effect of causing me to feel weird and off kilter, and for a few days, I was having strange dreams. At first, I was taking it at bed time, but have decided against that, because I was having trouble falling asleep-something that had never happened to be before.

I started to crash and burn late this afternoon, took 4000 ius of Vitamin D, and have been doing things all night. It has been a very long time since I felt like doing anything-I have been so tired for so long, but fingers crossed, I think Vitamin D may be the answer.

After doing bloodwork, my doctor said that I was running on fumes when it came to Vitamin D. Fatigue and depression are two of the symptoms of being deficient in Vitamin D. If you feel tired all the time, then you should have some blood work done. The cure may be as simple as taking Vitamins.
