It gets better! I just learned last night that the federal govt has secretly flown 78 flights full of illegals to Florida and hired a private company to do so. The planes are landing in the middle of the night to keep this hidden to the public. Even our governor is unable (for now) to fight this because the FAA is under federal jurisdiction and not state.
I have a question: How is this legal to be flying lawbreakers around the country and keep the public in the dark? Hope our resident attorney is reading this and can provide an explanation.
Folks, I am seriously frightened now.

I remember learning under Obama that states have no say in where immigrants will be resettled. The fed govt controls immigration of foreigners. US Const. Art 1, Sec 8.
As for the moneyâI think our government should pick a case, and WIN it. I donât see why we owe any duty of care to individuals not citizens at the border. Even under the 14th amendment, they arenât yet âwithin the jurisdictionâ of the US. And this canât be an equal protection claim because, if you are a US citizen and you break the law, you will go to jail and be separated from your family. This is not disparate treatment.
Of course, it was the law long before Trump. Olâ Bygone lied about that, faking righteous indignation. GOD what a shithead.
Theyâre looking for an egregious case that they can âsettleâ in favor of these soggy spawn of the Spanish conquistadors. That way they can mandate payments without the bother of, Yâknow, amending our statutes.
I canât even laugh about Simonâs comment. Indeed, the govt pays only $400K to families of our soldiers killed in action. Now they wanna pay MORE to these chubby , well dressed freeloaders who waddled up to our border, KNOWING they would be separated from their kids?
Lemme just point out one more liâl thing that kills me. Remember last year, when everybody was all distraught because there were like 500 children whose parents couldnât be found? Well, umâwouldnât ya think the PARENTS would come forward? THEY know where those kids are, after all, they arenât dumb animals! Yet everybody was acting like it was our govtâs fault. Oh I cannot STAND the relentless stupidity which nobody else even seems to notice.

I still don’t understand why the Feds have the right to ignore the enforcement of sovereignty laws. This probably falls under the power of the WH to exercise executive orders.
I hardly think this was what Hamilton had in mind. He wanted to grant the Commander in Chief the power to wage war in emergency situations. My, how far we have strayed from this original premise. ):
