National Divorce?

I’m with Matt Walsh. I totally understand why many in red states want a national divorce, but they are vastly overestimating thier opponents. I live in Massachusetts, and have for most of my life. The vast majority of people in Massachusetts will never be willing to fight and die for leftist causes, although some would fight and die for conservative causes. The tiny number of leftists who actually would go to war for their ideas have no idea how to fight. If this thing we are in ever becomes physical, red state conservatives would win hands down. After that, they should take over blue states.

There are more people in blue states who would totally support that than many people realize.

  1. Gosh, i have been under a rock for a while. National Divorce? Everywhere. So much turbulance. We are all going a little nuts. Even here I am fear separation plans brew. Be safe. Or fight fierce. Win. Prayers for best outcome.

    1. Hello, Sasha πŸ™‚ If it ever came to Civil War (again) there is no question that the red states would win easily, partly because large minorities in blue states are in agreement with red states. It goes the other way too: there are large minorities in red states who agree with the blue states, but in my experience liberals are virtually always cowards. For instance, the conservatives I know in Massachusetts are very clear about what they beleive and why, regardless of who is in power or whether they just won an election. Conservatives in Massachusetts are pretty much never in power, and pretty much never win statewide elections, but even so, they-we-are not afraid to state our beliefs and fight for them. We don’t hide under a rock.

I have noticed, both in Massachusetts and in Alaska, where I lived for several years, that there is a certain kind of leftist who will avoid speaking about politics unless they know for certain that they are in charge, and then they will put their boot in everybody’s face. If they don’t win an election, they keep their heads down. If they do win, their boot will be in your face: if they aren’t sure what will happen, they keep their mouths shut. These people are not fighters. They are cowards, and in a real fight, they do not stand a chance.

They are pathetic, really, and the idea that they could ever or would ever really stand up to conservatives is laughable. We should not be entertaining the idea of breaking up gorgeous America over these losers.

      1. I understand. Before 1994 I didn’t vote. The opposition was able to make a chippy noise but secretly were glad the Nats were in power. Soon as we lost apartheid the united party disappeared like a wreck in the desert. Thanks for your great response. Yes. We are going to have to fight for Life in these weird days. Best we know what we are fighting for.
