Okay, 2 years and seven months later, am I the only person who does NOT think Jan 6, 2021 was so ..awful, so “deplorable”, if you will?
I admire those people. They went right to the seat of power, in broad daylight, to make their voices heard. They did not, like those “protesters” in the summer of 2020, attack, vandalize and loot their neighbors’ businesses under cover of darkness.
Oh yes, it’s becoming more and more obvious that any violence on 1/6/21 was initiated by federal agents in the crowd. But at that, they didn’t succeed in tempting any of the citizens to even bring their guns. Nobody was armed—except the Capitol Police.
Jan 6 was not an insurrection. It was a political rally co-opted by the Dems for their own ends.
WE CANNOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!
