My New House

For a while now, I have been thinking of moving to Florida. It is becoming more and more clear to me that besides the obvious political reasons, I simply cannot afford to stay where I am. I could buy a lot in Florida, have a brand-new house built, and still have something left over. I might even be able to swing an inground pool. If I stay where I am, it will be an endless ordeal in just scraping by. I was thinking that building a new house was maybe a little exorbitant, but it turns out that homeowner’s insurance for new builds in Florida is way, way less than it is for older houses. So, there actually is a good reason to go that route.
