When in 1950 China was busy with the Korean War it also invaded Tibet. India pusillanimously accepted the Chinese rule over Tibet. Had India not wasted that opportunity, today Tibet would have been a free country. But more than that India wouldn’t have shared any boundaries with China thus avoiding all the disputes, the Galwan clash, and the 1962 war.
