Memorandum For The Record: Black Ops & Me

I want to report my experience with the CIA conducting ‘black ops’ on the Amu Darya River between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan in the years leading up to 9/11, and also in the late 1990s while conducting counterdrug riverine operations in the five Andean ridge nations.  I suspect the CIA was operating outside of its charter with me so am looking to possibly make an official report.

I was the North Africa J33 (Current Ops) during the attack on our compound in Benghazi and need to share something about my experience during those first “13 hours.”

Finally, I’d like to propose a DOD pilot program based on a solution I prepared for USMC General Neller in 2009 titled FAO-Lite.
