Because of a few unfortunate food poisoning events involving seafood, I have a no seafood ‘on the wrong side of the mountains’ policy which I broke last night with more than a little trepidation. In case you are wondering, on this occasion yet again I have almost miraculously survived.

US News and World Report’s 2020 rankings put MFU at #19 in the world for Plant & Animal Science. That is just behind Duke at #17. Arizona University is ranked twentieth and Texas A&M fell in at 47th.
