  1. JaC, have you ever eaten Puffed Rice, or Rice Krispies? If so, you’ve eaten rice for breakfast. Also, does a garden omelette with bacon on the side ring a bell? 🙂 This looks scrumptious to yours truly, actually…..ST, does this mean you can “eat in”, rather than “take out”, again?

      1. You are really great at food photography. And it’s all real, right? Ready-to-eat? I used to get Gourmet magazine, but I read that the photos in its glossy pages were staged. They used stuff like varnish to get that glazed perfection…

  2. Thank you. Yes, it is all delivered to my table and photographed mere moments before I tie into it.
    Photos are all taken on my cheap little cellphone’s camera. Thanks again for the compliment. I am happy if you enjoy my photos.

    1. I know. We love peppers at our house. But if you put em in the pan raw, by the time the.meat and onions soften they’ll all be a muddy green-brown. So I microwave the red, yellow, orange and green pepper slices to cook ‘em, then add em to the stir fry just long enuf to coat em with the sauce.
