it’s just…..how could we FORGET a thing like that so fast and so completely?

Especially Nashville; one of the loveliest towns in America in a tax-free state. My paternal relatives all live there, I attended college there, but it is exceedingly Caucasian so two guesses why even I was hardly made aware by the MSM!
It appears in the past couple comments/posts I’ve written I am presenting myself as a member of the KKK (negative remarks on Muslims and BLM) but this serves as a perfect example of what the “woke” have conspired and succeeded in doing:
Take an easy-going, open-minded Caucasian girl whose life-long dream was to live in NYC and who nurtured a variety of friends. I’ve been to Passovers, Seders, services at the infamous Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem, the Apollo, gay bars, etc. etc.
Now I am annoyed with everybody because people who were once friends have become political enemies and refuse to move forward as I am convinced MLK would have wanted. Many of these movements have been hi-jacked by people with nefarious motives and we’ve all had enough of the contention.
Off-topic a bit, but I want to be one of the first to lend my support to that MN policewoman who recently made a tragic mistake. She will never get justice and will have to live with her actions for the rest of her life.

It is truly chilling , no, worse than that, it’s frostbite! that some police functionary was FIRED for announcing that the cop would get due process.

We don’t remember these events because we don’t consider that we’re on a ‘wartime’ footing – whether from within or without.
