JaC, ST didnāt say under what circumstances her dress would come off in the clip. (It looks like an evening breeze might carry it away. š Groovy song; groovy clothes. What film is this from?
Happy to oblige, JaC; in answer to my own question, Mr. Duck-Duck-Go says itās from: āLive A Little, Love A Littleā (1968). 1968 Elvis makes me sad that he couldnāt stay that way, actually.
Growing up, one was either an Elvis or a Beatles fan. (Being the hipster that I was, I of course chose the Fab Four.) š
Agree with Nanda: This clip makes me a little sad because he was a handsome rascal in those days and the change in his appearance in later years was horrifying.
I get the funny feeling her dress will not be on for too much longer.

Now, I’m in a mischievous mood so I officially dub ST’s true motto in life:
“A little less conversation, a little more action.”

In every sphere of life, eh, Liz….I opted for the Fab Four, at the time, too; but some of Elvis – like this – is way cool. š
