Nedib’s admin has appealed the fed judge’s decision to reinstate Trump’s Remain In Mexico policy. It’s up to Justice Alito now. As I understand it, he could just let the lower court ruling stand (pleeeeeeze God!) or he could ask the entire court to decide.
We were recently disappointed when Barrett (who is turning out to be more of a coney, IF you take my meaning) let a university’s vaccine mandate stand.
FDR threatened to pack the Supreme Court cuz they weren’t upholding his policies. Success! They started knuckling under to his proto-woke socialism.
We’ll see if Alito still has any balls. If he does the right thing, this could be the turning of the tide of the great influx of human offal currently surging across our southern non-border.
C’mon Sam! Pull your socks up and throw us a life preserver!

Fingers crossed. After Thomas and the late Scalia, I’ve been most impressed with Alito. He’s one of the few Supremes left who have consistently stayed true to their Originalist roots.
