You have guts! I never would have dreamed of saying something like that to any of my aunts or uncles, and I am not aware of anyone else ever doing it-there were 30 of us. We fought among ourselves occasionally, but never with the older generation. But then, the older generation never gave us much reason to fight them.

Those two women truly validated rock music performed by women not unlike Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, Blondie and my very favorite… Stevie Nicks.

Stevie Nicks was a force of nature. My friends who saw her perform live said her stage presence was other worldly.
