I have been in an out, watching and listening on and off all day. The judge is kicking the prosecution’s butt. “I don’t believe that you are speaking in good faith.” the judge said to the DA. It seems to be looking good for Rittenhouse?

OMG. The DA just said that Rittenhouse is on trial for “exquisitely bad judgement.” No, he is on trial for murder. Since when do we charge people with murder for bad judgement? He is trying to blur the lines between murder and bad judgement.

The DA is flailing at straws. He is now asking Rittenhouse why he was going around putting out fires. “Because I didn’t want my community to burn down.” Judge is asking how this is relevant. I think the DA is making Rittenhouse look good-I was not aware that he was putting out fires.

Some news anchor said that one of the men Rittenhouse shot was armed “only” with a skateboard. She said that last she checked, skateboards can’t kill people. Like hell they can’t.

I have watched a reasonable amount of this trial and this kid moved me to tears.
You know the prosecutor is doing a terrible job when the judge tells him off in public.

Here’s a definition of wishful thinking: I wish that judge was on the Supreme Court. Interestingly enough, he was appointed to his current position by a Democrat and enjoys statewide respect as a “law and order” judge who ferociously defends the Constitution.

As an aside, this case might be the final blow if and hopefully this kid is acquitted of Manslaughter 1 charges. I expect a 21st century Civil War.

I doubt it. The guys he shot were white. There are leftists all over social media expressing surprise that the facts of the case bear no resemblance to the story the MSM was peddling. Some eyes are opening. Thank God for televised trials.

Hope you’re right Jax, but I suspect more rioting if a reduced sentence is given. CNN was still referring to this as a blatant case of racism last night. Dontcha know that is the ultimate “go to” word now?
