Circa 1999/2000 I was called into my Colonel’s (full bird) office.

First thing out of his mouth, “Simon, have you ever heard of Uzbekistan?”

Me: “No sir.”

Full Bird (AKA Iron Mike): “Before today me neither. You’re going there.”

Me: “Yes sir.”
