Wha’?!?!

Okay so three quarters (74%) of the country thinks we’re “on the wrong track”—

and yet, somehow, the Dems are now favored to win the midterms?
What is this? Like, “Damn straight America is on the wrong track—at last! That’s where we belong, racist sexist jingoists that we are! You GO, Brandon!”

In my state, Pa, the frightening looking Fetterman is ahead of Trump-backed Dr. Oz—even though another Pa poll shows that Trump would beat Biden.
In the space of two minutes this morning I read one article saying Republicans should talk only about “the economy, stupid!”—and another saying they should talk only about “cultural issues”.

(I can’t help noting that there is only ONE politician, in my lifetime who has ever, with glorious success, done BOTH, which is why the heavy artillery is trained on The Don.)

The Dems had to cheat to win 2020, in spite of the ravages of their greatest ally, Covid.

They took control, and since then it’s been nothing but humiliation, deprivation, and conflict.

is it possible that Americans now WANT Those things, have learned to love their pain?
