      1. Did you discover anything about this tea’s properties? Or is the investigation ongoing? πŸ™‚

      1. OMG. I hope you are not talking about who I think you might be talking about? I shudder to think that she and I had the same thought. On the other hand, though, the Thai language in written form is indisputably beautiful. I am sure that many people think so.

      2. I am familiar with it, especially since you use it often, but it could mean a couple of different things. Wasn’t sure πŸ™‚

    1. “I hope you are not talking about who I think you might be talking about?”

I used the word “might.” I thought you might be talking about her, but you also might not have been. I didn’t say that you were talking about her, I said that you might be talking about her. Darling Simon, please forgive me.

  1. “The word might (modal verb) has a similar meaning to the word possibly. It is less certain than may and maybe. Example 3. Person A: “Are you free for lunch next Monday? Person B: “I might be, though Monday tends to be a busy day for me.”

I think that I used the word “might” correctly in this instance. I don’t want to be pedantic about this, but I think that I am being wrongly accused. πŸ™‚ In what way did I change or negate the meaning of a word?

I don’t consult with a committee before posting a comment. I don’t think for hours about the perfect way to state something before I state something. I could have communicated that thought better than I did, but I don’t think that my offense rises to the level of changing the meaning of words, or taking meaning away from words. πŸ™‚
