I don’t know, but probably. He speaks this way every time he speaks. So, probably. Very probably. No one would be surprised.

Were you unaware of the fact that Biden speaks this way all the time? As far as I know, you only get CNN and BBC? So, it would be totally understandable if you were unaware, I am just wondering.

During the campaign, he was incapable of reciting a passage from the Declaration of Independence. He was trying to say, “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator….” But he stumbled when he got to “Creator” and instead he said “You know the thing.” This sort of thing happens every day, many times a day. Those who watch Fox are totally aware of it. Those who don’t, probably aren’t.
