BBQ pork ribs and scalloped potatoes. My ribs never turn out the way ribs are supposed to turn out, but they are yummy anyway 🙂

The first year Robin and I were married, we rented an apartment with an old, no account stove. My BBQ pork ribs always turned out absolutely perfect in that stove, but it was all over when we moved. I have attempted these ribs in two other stoves, have fooled around with the temperature and everything else, but the ribs have never been the same. I don’t know what it was about that stove, but the effect cannot be replicated.
